What is the delivery time for after-sales service/repairs?

For simple after-sales service operations, the delay is generally a few hours, except during holiday periods or exceptional periods when a longer delay may be necessary.

Can I change the cord of my wire bracelet?

Yes, you can change the cord of your worn-out bracelet. The change is made in our workshops in a few minutes.

What materials and stones do we use?

For all our gold plated jewelry, we use a very resistant brass base and 3 micron gold plated.

Our silver jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver.

We also offer rings adorned with zircons, reconstituted quartz and semi-precious stones such as malachite, onyx, moonstone, turquoise, ruby ​​and agate.

Where is the hallmark of my jewelry?

All our jewelry has a hallmark attesting to the plating made and the quality. You can find this hallmark on our chains, at the clasp, and on all our medals.

What can we engrave?

Our workshop engraves all types of messages, mainly first names, dates and various messages.

The engraving is generally done in the center of the jewelry and the font size is proportional to the surface area of ​​the jewelry.

We also engrave symbols like hearts, turtles, elephants, stars, chicks, lightning bolts and moons.

Services and Maintenance

Can I add an engraving?

It is possible to add an engraving to a medal if space allows.

To do this, you will need to go to the workshop to assess whether the operation is feasible. Engraving is offered on the front and back.

If you are remote, contact the workshop by email or telephone, attaching photos. You will only be charged for delivery costs.

Can I buy a channel alone?

Yes, you can buy a single chain in gold plated, 925 silver or rose gold plated. Several sizes are available: 45 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm and 80 cm.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Our jewelry is very resistant and certified to European standards, guaranteed nickel-free.

To keep your jewelry in perfect condition, remove it before going to bed, before swimming or before washing the dishes.

Store your jewelry in a dark place, in a small plastic pouch or in our suede pouches, separately from your other jewelry to avoid oxidation and premature aging of the gold plating.

Clean your jewelry regularly with a smooth cloth.
