Click & Collect

For our customers based in Paris, we offer a Click & Collect service. Place your order online and choose the Click & Collect option at checkout. Returns

Return policy

According to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen calendar days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange. or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that personalized or engraved items can only be returned in the event of a notable manufacturing defect. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
