For our customers based in Paris, we offer a Click & Collect service. Place your order online and choose the Click & Collect option at checkout. Returns
Return policy
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen calendar days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that personalised or engraved items can only be returned if there is a significant manufacturing defect. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
